November 2012 Volunteer of the Month – Bob Fleury

This month Capital District Habitat for Humanity would like to recognize the hard work of Bob Fleury. Bob has been helping us out every Tuesday and Wednesday for more than four years now and has become an essential part of our work site. His favorite thing to do on site is finished carpentry, or anything but sheet rocking. The most enjoyable part of volunteering for him is the camaraderie, having fun and making a contribution at the same time. When asked why he builds for Habitat he said,“I enjoy contributing to an effort that produces a tangible and observable direct benefit. I also learn and develop skills that can be carried forward to additional Habitat projects.” We appreciate all of the hard work that Bob has done for us and look forward to continuing to work with him…Every Tuesday and Wednesday!
