A home improvement resale store
The Habitat ReStore sells new and gently used building materials, appliances, furniture, tools and other home improvement products at a fraction of the retail price. We are open to the public.
All our merchandise is donated by businesses and individuals and we get new things daily. See Shop. for some of our featured items this week.
The ReStore Mission
Our Habitat ReStore raises funds to help CDHfH build affordable homes in Albany County. And, we keep usable materials out of the waste stream and into home building, remodeling, and creative arts projects.
In 2010 we have raised over $310,000 for our affiliate and kept over 201 tons of material out of the landfill.
Get Involved
Shop: Come visit us. New items daily. Open to the public. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and checks with a driver’s license and good old cash.
Donate: Individuals and businesses can donate new and gently used materials to our stores. We accept donations both large and small.
Volunteer: The Habitat ReStore need the help of volunteers like you. Please see our volunteer page for ReStore volunteer opportunities.
