Sheridan Hollow Redevelopment Project, Albany
Construction in Albany’s Sheridan Hollow neighborhood began in late 2013. Sheridan Hollow, one of the City’s most neglected neighborhoods, is being redeveloped into a mixed-income, mixed-use sustainable community with twenty new homes planned for the first phase.
“Fox Hollow” at Burden & Cross, Troy
“Fox Hollow” at Burden and Cross consists of 13 new homes located near the intersection of Burden Avenue and Cross Street with Sullivan Street in South Troy. “Fox Hollow” is the largest building endeavor that Habitat for Humanity has ever pursued in the City of Troy.
“Morton’s Walk” on Alexander and Delaware Streets, Albany
In 2013, HfHCD completed sixteen two-family attached row-houses in the South End of Albany, with ten contiguous homes on Alexander Street and three clusters of two homes on Delaware Street as part of our “Morton’s Walk” project.
