Your monthly Carpenter's Club gift guarantees Habitat regular and predictable funds, which allows us to better plan our construction schedule and to make commitments to new homebuilding projects in our community.
The Habitat Builders Society is a group of committed donors make it possible for our staff and volunteers to build homes in partnership with families in need of decent housing. Our Builders provide us with financial independence and flexibility as we build a sustainable, diversified funding stream for Habitat’s home construction and home purchase program.

Double or triple your gift! Many employers will match tax-deductible charitable contributions made by their employees, retirees and employees’ spouses, and some companies provide matching funds to support employee volunteer hours. Then make your donation online or write a check payable to Habitat for Humanity Capital District. Send your completed and signed form, along with your check or a copy of your online donation receipt, to us at the address above. We’ll take care of the rest.
SEFA (State Employees Federated Appeal)
SEFA is a charitable solicitation of New York State employees conducted under the authority of State Finance Law §201-1. State employees may give to any of the charitable organizations that have been approved for participation in SEFA and may at any time revoke or modify a contribution made through payroll deduction by providing a written request to the employee’s payroll office.

First, make arrangements to benefit Habitat for Humanity Capital District beyond your lifetime. These arrangements might include a bequest in your will, or a plan that provides life income and income tax benefits, like a Charitable Gift Annuity.
Second, let us know about your plans. It is not necessary to specify a dollar value for these plans, but having some idea of the details allows us to plan for the future and is appreciated.

Your vehicle donation will help Habitat for Humanity build homes in partnership with families in our community. It is quick and easy to donate cars, trucks, boats, RV’s, motorcycles, construction equipment and other vehicles… running or not!
